Privileges

Silver members of SF Express or higher are entitled to certain times of Key Authentication Discount. The higher the membership level is, the more times are entitled to.

Detail

1. The privilege will be issued in the form of a discount coupon and users need to claim the coupon on their own. When the shipper requests for delivery with key authentication on top of the basic pickup and delivery service, such coupon may be used for fee deduction.

The coupon shall be used for fee deduction upon shipment acceptance by receiver:

Silver members are entitled to one coupon of RMB1 each year

Gold members are entitled to one coupon of RMB1 every half year

Platinum members are entitled to one coupon of RMB1 every quarter

Diamond members are entitled to one coupon of RMB1 every two months

Black diamond members are entitled to one coupon of RMB1 each month

2. After the privilege is used, a key or a key designated by the shipper will be sent to the receiver by SF Express via its system and the receiver shall present the key for verification before accepting the shipment.

3. The privilege is only applicable to mutual shipping within the Chinese Mainland, and can help prevent from unauthorized acceptance by others and any unnecessary transaction disputes.

4. Only silver members of SF Express or higher are entitled to this privilege, except that the mobile phone number of the shipper on the waybill must be the member account of SF and that the payment mode on the waybill must be shipper pay in cash (instead of credit account or Hive Box shipments).
