Target: Platinum members, diamond members and black diamond members

Privilege: Platinum members of SF Express or higher are entitled to certain times of freshness service discount. The higher the membership level is, the more times are entitled to.

Details:

1. The privilege will be issued in the form of a discount coupon and users need to claim the coupon on their own. Such coupon shall be applied upon request of the service.

Platinum members are entitled to one coupon of RMB3 every half year

Diamond members are entitled to one coupon of RMB3 every quarter

Black diamond members are entitled to one coupon of RMB3 each month

2. This privilege is applicable to fresh, live, refrigerated, frozen, chilled and perishable (at room temperature) products sent and received under SF Standard Express within the Chinese Mainland. Such shipments shall not fall outside the service coverage of SF.

3. Users entitled to this privilege may enjoy free services such as open-box inspection, prioritized delivery and customized claim settlement.

4. Each coupon can only be used for deduction of freshness service fee for each waybill, excluding multi-piece shipments, and no changes are given for the coupon.

5. Only platinum members of SF Express or higher are entitled to this privilege, except that the mobile phone number of the shipper on the waybill must be the member account of SF and that the payment mode on the waybill must be shipper pay in cash (instead of credit account or Hive Box shipments).
