2. Description of Growing Value
*Growing value is acquired cumulatively based on the consumption of sending and receiving shipments. Membership level is determined by the total growing value.

*Growing value = consumption amount of sending and receiving shipments, which means that when sending or receiving a shipment as a payer, the member will be rewarded 1 growing value for each RMB1 paid.

* A new calculation cycle will start whenever the membership is upgraded, maintained or degraded.

* Upon occurrence of situations such as refund upon sending or receiving shipments, the growing value will be deducted accordingly.

*If a user is found to acquire growing value by irregular means such as system attacks or malicious means, the growing value will be deducted.

3. Rules for Membership Growth

* The membership level is valid for one year (365 days). If the membership level is upgraded within the validity, the validity of the new membership level will start from the date of upgrading. If the membership level is not upgraded within the validity, a new membership level will be redefined based on the growing value accumulated within the validity.

* For example, if the membership level of member A is upgraded to silver on February 1, 2020, the corresponding validity starts from February 1, 2020 to January 31, 2021. Then if the membership level is further upgraded to gold within the said validity (e.g. on September 10, 2020), the validity of the gold membership starts from the date of upgrading. But if the membership level is not updated to gold before expiration of the said validity, the membership level of member A will be redefined based on the member’s growing value accumulated for the period of February 1, 2020 - January 31, 2021.  

4. Description of Degrading:

* After expiration of the validity, if the growing value of a user accumulated within such validity cannot reach the growing value required for the membership level, the membership level will be directly degraded to the membership level corresponding to the growing value accumulated during the validity.
