Target: Silver members, gold members, platinum members, diamond members and black diamond members

Privilege: Silver members of SF Express or higher are entitled to certain times of on-time assurance discount. The higher the membership level is, the more times are entitled to.

Details:

1. The privilege will be issued in the form of a discount coupon and users need to claim the coupon on their own. Such coupon shall be applied upon request of the service.

Silver members are entitled to one coupon of RMB1 every half year

Gold members are entitled to one coupon of RMB1 every quarter

Platinum members are entitled to one coupon of RMB1 every two months

Diamond members are entitled to one coupon of RMB1 each month

Black diamond members are entitled to two coupons of RMB1 each month

2. Silver members or higher are entitled to this privilege if they have any demand of urgent shipments. Prioritized assurance is offered by SF throughout the shipment process and refund is made if overdue.

3. This privilege is applicable to shipments weighing less than 20 kg each sent and received under SF Standard Express within the Chinese Mainland.

4. Only silver members of SF Express or higher are entitled to this privilege, except that the mobile phone number of the shipper/receiver on the waybill must be the member account of SF and that the payment mode on the waybill must be shipper pay in cash (instead of credit account or Hive Box shipments).

Note: The On-time Assurance Service is only available in 16 cities for now, including Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Nanjing, Chengdu, Xi’an, Zhengzhou, Dalian, Wuxi, Suzhou, Qingdao, Hangzhou, Xiamen, Shenzhen, Foshan and Dongguan. For details, please consult local SF couriers.
