Target: Diamond members and black diamond members

Privilege: Diamond members of SF Express or higher are entitled to refund of standard packaging service fees in the form of SF coupon of an equivalent amount when sending shipments as a payer within each calendar month. The coupon will be issued within 5 working days upon shipment acceptance by receivers. The amount of coupons issued for each shipment shall not exceed RMB5 and no more than 5 times of coupons shall be issued to each member account each month.

Details：

1. Diamond members of SF Express or higher are entitled to refund of packaging service fees in the form of SF coupon of an equivalent amount when sending shipments as a payer within each calendar month. The coupon will be issued within 5 working days upon shipment acceptance by receivers.

2. The contact information of the shipper on the waybill must be the member account (mobile phone number) and the payment mode on the waybill shall be payment in cash (instead of credit account or Hive Box shipments).

3. The shipper on the waybill must be the payer and no coupon or credit point has been used for freight charge deduction.

4. Packaging fees arising from use of individualized package or special packaging materials shall not be included in this privilege.

5. The amount of coupons issued for each shipment shall not exceed RMB5 and no more than 5 times of coupons shall be issued to each member account each month.

6. Shipments sent at the end of each month and accepted by receiver in the next month for which a packaging service is used shall be included in the calculation of the previous month. For example, if a shipment is sent on April 30 and accepted by receiver on May 2, the shipment shall be included in the calculation of April.

7. When meeting the condition of coupon claiming, the user shall claim the coupon by the end of the next month, or otherwise, the coupon will become invalid automatically.

8. By default, the coupon will be issued to the member account after claimed. Users may check the coupon on SF Express WeChat public account (“Me-Member Center-Coupon-SF Coupon-Online Payment Coupon”), and the coupon shall be valid for 1 month.
