Target: Black diamond members

Privilege: Black diamond members of SF Express are entitled to the service of scheduled delivery free of charge once a month.

Details：

1. The privilege will be issued in the form of a discount coupon and users need to claim the coupon on their own. Each black diamond member is entitled to one discount coupon for the service of scheduled delivery each month and such coupon shall be applied upon request of the service.  

2. Customers entitled to this privilege may designate the time of delivery (a certain time frame within the committed time of arrival + 4 hours + 7 days) when placing an order, and SF will deliver the shipments within the designated time frame on the designated date as per the customers’ requirement.

3. The privilege is only applicable to SF Standard Express and SF Economy Express in the Chinese Mainland. The shipments shall meet the acceptance standards of regular shipments and the chargeable weight of each shipment shall be ≤300kg.

4. Only black diamond members are entitled to this privilege, except that the mobile phone number of the shipper/receiver on the waybill must be the member account of SF and that the payment mode on the waybill must be shipper pay in cash (instead of credit account or Hive Box shipments).
