Target: Gold members, platinum members, diamond members and black diamond members

Privilege: Gold members of SF Express or higher are entitled to certain times of SPP service discount. The higher the membership level is, the more times are entitled to.

Details:

1. The privilege will be issued in the form of a discount coupon and users need to claim the coupon on their own. Such coupon shall be applied upon request of the service.

Gold members are entitled to one coupon of RMB2 every half year

Platinum members are entitled to one coupon of RMB2 every quarter

Diamond members are entitled to one coupon of RMB2 every two months

Diamond members are entitled to one coupon of RMB2 each month

2. This privilege is only applicable to sending and receiving shipments valuing ＞RMB1,000 within the Chinese Mainland. Such shipments shall meet the acceptance standards of SF.

3. If a consignment is damaged during transportation due to SF’s liability after the SPP service is used, SF will compensate by taking into consideration factors such as SPP amount, actual value of the consignment, damage proportion and actual losses.

4. Each coupon can only be used for deduction of SPP service fee for each waybill, excluding multi-piece shipments, and no changes are given for the coupon.

5. Only gold members of SF Express or higher are entitled to this privilege, except that the mobile phone number of the shipper on the waybill must be the member account of SF and that the payment mode on the waybill must be shipper pay in cash (instead of credit account or Hive Box shipments).
