Kindly Reminder on Shipment Transit Time Affected by the 18th Typhoon Krathon

According to the typhoon warning issued by the National Meteorological Center of CMA on September 29,

The center of Krathon (severe tropical storm), the 18th typhoon of this year, is located on the sea surface of the northwest Pacific Ocean about 505 kilometers southeast of Eluanbi, Taiwan of China. It will move northwestward and then northward at a speed of about 10 kilometers per hour with gradually increasing strength. It may be strengthened to strong typhoon or super typhoon level (level 15-16). It will gradually approach to coasts of the south of Taiwan Island. It is estimated that there will be moderate to heavy rain in areas such as Taiwan, Fujian and Zhejiang, and there will be rainstorm or downpour in parts of the areas.

Affected by the weather, the traffic capacity of airports may be reduced and part of the highways may be closed. The transit time of shipments in and out of the alerted areas will be affected to certain extent. SF will pay close attention to the weather, allocate resources properly and guarantee safe delivery of the shipments. Sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you!
