Kindly Reminder on Shipment Transit Time Affected by the 21st Typhoon (Matmo) of the Year

According to the typhoon warning issued by China’s national observatory on at 10:00 of October 2: 

The tropical depression on the east coast of  the Philippines was strengthening into the 21st typhoon of the year, Matmo on the morning of October 2. It was centered on the coast about 680 kilometers east of Manila, the Philippines at 8:00. It's estimated that it will move west by north at the speed of 20 kilometers per hour with increasing strength. In the day of October 3, it will make landfall on the coast east of Luzon, the Philippines, and  then it will pass through the north of Luzon, the Philippines. It will move to the east coast of the South China sea from the night of October 3 to early morning of October 4, then it will approach the coast from the west of Guangdong to the east of Hainan Island. It is estimated that there will be heavy rain to torrential rain and gale in part of the area in Guangdong, Guangxi and Hannan island.

Affected by the weather, the traffic capacity of airports may be reduced and part of the highways and ports may be closed. The transit time of shipments in and out of the alerted areas will be affected to certain extent.
