Service Announcements During the 2026 Spring Festival

As time advances, a new chapter unfolds. As the year of Horse and Spring festival is approaching, all staff of SF hereby wish you all the best in the new year! During the Spring Festival, SF will keep its service commitment, make all efforts to guarantee your demands on sending and receiving shipments.

Due to multiple factors such as restricted resource allocation and extreme weather changes, the transit time of your shipments may be affected to certain extent, SF has already made related plans in advance for emergencies to fully guarantee operation of the shipments, at the same time, SF will flexibly allocate shipments and resources, dynamically adjust part of the service fee standards, please see the following for details:

1. From January 19, 2026 to February 15, 2026, SF will charge a resource allocation fee ranging from RMB 0.1 to RMB 1.5 per kilogram for customers who ship products weighing 20 kilograms or more.

2. From February 16, 2026 to February 23, 2026, SF will charge a resource allocation fee for your shipping services.

3. Some long-term, deep-cooperation credit account customers and member customers can enjoy preferential or waived policies for resource allocation fees.
