Dear SF Customers,

To provide better, more stable services and user experience, SF will conduct overall data center upgrade and maintenance work during the following periods: 00:00 - 04:00 (Beijing Time) on May 11, 2026, May 13, 2026, and May 15, 2026. During these periods, the following services or functions may experience temporary delays: transit time and freight inquiries, shipment tracking, scanning payment by users, electronic invoice issuance, and other services across C-end and B-end customer service channels.

All upgrade and maintenance work will be carried out during low-traffic nighttime hours, ensuring efficiency and controllability. The overall upgrade is expected to be completed in a short time. Please be informed in advance. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
