Kindly Reminder on Shipment Transit Time Affected by This Year’s 12th Typhoon Noul

The National Meteorological Center issued an orange alert for typhoon on July 24, 2026. A tropical depression east of the Philippines intensified into this year’s 12th typhoon, Noul, in the early morning of July 24. At 05:00, its center was located over the ocean approximately 560 kilometers northeast of Manila, the Philippines. It is forecast that Noul will move west-northwestward at 25–30 kilometers per hour with gradual intensification. It will enter the northeastern South China Sea from the night of July 24 to the early hours of July 25 and approach the coasts of Guangdong and Fujian. The typhoon is expected to make landfall along the coastline between Zhuhai, Guangdong and Zhangpu, Fujian from the evening of the July 25 to the early morning of the July 26 at typhoon strength. After landfall, it will turn northward and weaken gradually. Affected by the typhoon, heavy to torrential rain and strong winds will hit parts of Taiwan, Fujian, Guangdong, Hunan, Jiangxi and other regions in the coming days, with localized extremely heavy or extraordinary torrential rain.

Meanwhile, the National Meteorological Center issued a blue alert for rainstorms on July 24. Heavy to torrential rain is forecast to affect parts of Heilongjiang, Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong, Henan, Anhui, Jiangsu, Guizhou, Yunnan, Guangxi and Taiwan in the coming days, with localized extremely heavy rain. There are short-time heavy rainfall in part of the areas above. There is strong convection weather such as thunderstorm and gale or hail in parts of the areas.

The transit time of inbound and outbound shipments of these areas may be affected. Please make arrangement for the shipping of shipments beforehand.
