Payment Methods

SF Express provides diverse payment methods to meet your needs, details are as follows:


1. Internet Payment / Payment by Remittance (Only applicable to online transfer)
With effective from 2014, each company will have a designated account number showing on the monthly statement.
Please remit payment to the following Citibank account:
Citibank: 006-391-15xxxxxxx (the last 7 digits of the credit account number)
Citibank SWIFT code: CITIHKHX

2. Cheque Payment by Mail
Simply pay by a crossed cheque made payable to "S.F. EXPRESS (HONG KONG) LIMITED". Please write down your account number at the back of the cheque, together with the payment slip (as shown below), and mail to
"Finance Department, 9/F, Asia Logistics Hub – SF Centre, 36 Tsing Yi Hong Wan Road, Tsing Yi, Hong Kong" at least 3 days before the Payment Due Date. Please DO NOT send cash by post.


Remark: Cheque should be made payable to [S.F.EXPRESS (HONG KONG) LIMITED]

Customer Payment Slip: (Example)
Cheque should be crossed and made payable to "S.F. EXPRESS (HONG KONG) LTD" or "順豐速運(香港)有限公司"  and
mail to "Finance Department, 9/F, Asia Logistics Hub – SF Centre, 36 Tsing Yi Hong Wan Road, Tsing Yi, Hong Kong"

Account No: 852XXXXXXX (10-digit number)
Statement Date: 31/05/2020
Payment Due: 30/06/2020
Amount (HKD): 3189.00

3. Payment in Person (Please bring along with the statement)
Customers can settle their bill by presenting the statement at any SF Store.

4. ATM Payment Service / Cash Deposit Machine / Cheque Deposit Machine

Remarks: Customers are required to Fax (Fax number: (852) 2670 8530) or Email to acchkg@sf-express.com for payment slip to us in order to settle your account.

5. Autopay Service

Hong Kong Company Credit Account Customers can apply for direct debit from bank account to settle the billable charges of credit account with SF Express. The billable charges will be debited from the bank account directly with no additional charge.

Please seal the completed form and mail them to our Finance Department.

 

Once you receive the statement, please check and report any error and discrepancy within 20 days. Otherwise, the statement will be treated as conclusive and binding without any query about the statement, please settle the payment before the payment due date.
