Officer - Operation Analysis

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for maintaining the operation system
  • Provide analysis for improving operations and business performance
  • Maintain communication and regular inspections in various service center
  • Understand the situation of frontline, including operation and management to find out solutions
  • Assist in operations of delivery business, including enhancement of the operation workflow and monitoring the regional implementation
  • Provide risk management in capital and submit analysis report to management
  • Coordinate with Assistant Manager in operation process management projects

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor degree or above in Logistics or related disciplines
  • 2 to 5 years or above experience in operation or logistics. Have relevant experience in sizable company preferably in Logistics industry
  • Strong analytical thinking and management skills
  • Familiar with logistic management standards and practices, able to deliver solution or improvement proposal according to demands and requirements
  • Advance level of Excel and PowerPoint applications
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Candidate with Six Sigma certification will be a definite advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Executive

 

Assistant Officer / Assistant (Purchasing)

 Responsibilities

  • Provide internal support on service requisition from functional department and service centre according to Procurement Schedule
  • Support tender evaluation and vendor correspondence
  • Provide professional procurement advice to improve procurement efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the Corporation
  • Communicate and co-ordinate with relevant department and users for the order arrangement
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in administration management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years procurement experience is prefered
  • Good understanding of procurement requirements, practices and procedures
  • Excellent negotiation and procurement skills
  • Good interpersonal and organization skills, hard-working and with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant

 

Assistant Administration Officer - Admin Support

Responsibilities

  • Handle insurance renewal and claims inclunding property insurance and third-party insurance
  • Handle general office administration functions such as maintenance and repair of office equipments, cleaning service arrangement, shuttle bus service and key system management
  • Assist to prepare monthly reports, annual budgets and administrative expenses
  • Prepare office manuals, administrative policies and procedures
  • Suggest improvement plan to enhance to tasks assigned
  • Participate in ad-hoc task when necessary

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience
  • Be active, with strong sense of responsibilities, reliable, mature, proactive and good organization skills
  • Independent, detail-minded and well-organized
  • Proficient in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
  • Be able to work under pressure and meet deadline
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
