Adjustment to Peak-Resource Surcharges on Shipments from Taiwan to Hong Kong and Macau

Dear clients,
Starting on April 17, 2023, peak-resource surcharges on shipments from Taiwan to Hong Kong and Macau will be adjusted as follows. If the place of payment is Hong Kong or Macau, the exchange rate will be converted according to the exchange rate of the local S.F. Express.

(1) Parcels under 20kg from Taiwan to Hong Kong/Macau will be calculated on a 0.5 kg basis.
(2) Parcels over 20kg from Taiwan to Hong Kong/Macau will be calculated on a 1 kg basis.
(3) Effective date: April 17, 2023.
For example: A parcel with a total weight of 1.5kg (under 20kg) from Taiwan to Hong Kong/Macau will be calculated: 1.5*19 = NTD 28.5 = NTD 29 after rounding off; a parcel with a total weight of 21.5kg (over 20kg) from Taiwan to Hong Kong/Macau will be calculated: 22*19 = NTD 418.
