Express and freight products in the Chinese Mainland
SF does not offer the Basic SPP service for the following consignments:
1. Consignments of fresh food, fruits and vegetables that are valued higher than RMB 20,000 (seasonable fruits, frozen food, fresh products, hairy crab, animal and plant products);
2. Other articles with high transportation risks.
One-piece shipment
Compensation will be made by the the shipment and the actual amount of loss (repair cost for damage), and compensation will not be made for the underinsured or overinsured parts.
Full value SPP: SPP amount≥actual value of the shipment, no compensation for the exceeding part; compensation amount=actual amount of loss≤actual value of the shipment.
Partial value SPP: SPP amount<actual value of the shipment; compensation amount=actual amount of loss≤ SPP amount/maximum multiple of freight charges.
Multi-piece shipment
If the shipment contains only one SKU and is partially lost or damaged, you shall calculate the SPP amount by the SPP amount divided by the total number of consignments and referring to the compensation standards one-piece shipment.
If the shipment contains more than one SKU and is partially lost or damaged, you shall calculate the SPP amount of the consignment by actual value of your consignment and referring to the compensation standards for one-piece shipment.For details about modes of claim feedback, acceptance time limit, judgment of damage, documents required and compensation time limit, please refer to SF Mini-program - My - Claim Center
1. The upper limit of the SPP amount (consignment value) may vary with consignments and when the SPP amount of your consignment exceeds the upper limit, please contact 95338 or SF couriers.
2. SF will update from time to time the names of consignments that are not supported by the SPP service or are fragile or vulnerable (e.g. lamps and lanterns, glassware, ceramic products, drinks and computers), subject to the information confirmed by SF couriers
3. SPP fee=SPP amount*standard service rate (excluding those calculated by shipment)
