 Notes: 
1. Refund or supplementary payment of freight charge may occur and supplementary payment will be included in the return/redirect fee
2. One shipment might contain multiple parcels. 
3. If a COD shipment has been returned/redirected for twice or more, additional CNY2/shipment will be charged for each time of return/redirect on the basis of the charging rules
