About the Service
Electronic Proof of Delivery
It realizes a fully electronic process of Return Proof of Delivery (POD) from Ordering to Signing and then Return. When a shipment is delivered, the receiver needs to scan the QR code on the mini-program to view and sign the electronic POD through real-name authentication. Only after that can the courier hands the shipment over to the receiver, and upload and return the signed proof of delivery in real time. In case of any dispute, SF may offer a paid certificate service for the signed POD to prove that the document has not been tampered with
