About the Service
Fresh Delivery Service
End-to-end guarantee and services are provided for fresh products for customers based on their needs. The quality of fresh products is guaranteed by flexibly allocating resources input such as dedicated aircraft/refrigerated vehicles, that the fresh products can reach customers in short time. If the receiver cannot receive and sign off the shipment temporarily in person, the shipments can be stored in the refrigerator in the service point. The after-sales problems can be responded to quickly. After verification of the damage, compensation can be made quickly, which makes the whole process more worry-free and reassuring

Charging Standards

Charging amount: CNY3/shipment if within 800KM; CNY5/shipment if beyond 800KM
As fresh products are quite seasonable and might be affected by peak season, transportation resources and other factors, the above charging standards may vary with region, subject to actual announcement made in each region. Notes: During the shipping period of lychee this year (by July 31, 2025), SF decides to strengthen the assistance and benefits to farmers, targeted at cash customers with shipping demands of lychee, preferential price for the freshness preservation fees with CNY 1 deducted will be offered. Preferential price for credit customers shall be based on the agreement signed with SF.
