Shipment Protection Plus
If you select our SPP service, and the goods are damaged in the transportation, we will compensate based on the declared value and loss proportion, the compensation amount shall not exceed the actual loss of the goods

Charging Standards

1. Chinese Mainland areas (express delivery products): 
Declared value of RMB 500 or below: SPP fee=RMB 1/shipment; If the declared value is RMB501-1000: SPP fee=RMB 2/shipment; if the declared value is higher than RMB1000: SPP fee=declared value*standard service fee rate (5‰)
Notes: For SPP rates of specific consignments, please refer to the calculation rules of SPP fees (such as certificates and other documents, hairy crabs, aquarium fish and gifts), the information confirmed by SF courier with you shall prevail

2. Chinese Mainland areas (freight products):
① SF Road Freight Express: Chargeable weight of goods ≤40kg, charge ≥ RMB 2; 40kg<chargeable weight of goods≤100kg, charge ≥RMB 4; chargeable weight of goods>100kg, charge >RMB12. If the fee exceeds the minimum SPP amount, SPP fee=declared value*standard service fee rate (6‰)
② Large-size LTL: SPP fee=declared value*standard service fee rate (6‰), which is RMB 24 at minimum
③ FTL Direct Delivery: SPP fee=declared value*standard service fee rate (5‰), which is RMB 30 at minimum

3. For part of the fragile goods (express delivery, freight goods): SPP fee=price of the goods*8‰, which is RMB 2/shipment for transit time and economy products; the minimum fee for SF Road Freight Express is RMB3/shipment, the minimum fee for Large-size LTL is RMB32/shipment

4. For part of the fragile shipments (express delivery): SPP fee=price of the goods*9‰

5. Chinese Mainland to overseas: 
SF Standard Express (International), SF Economy Express (International): If the declared value is lower than RMB 2000 (exclusive): RMB 9.9/shipment; The SPP fees for flow from Chinese Mainland to overseas=declared value*8‰

Notice for Use

1. SPP is required for freight products. For minimum SPP standards, please refer to the instructions on the Company’s official website

2. SF will from time to time adjust and complete the product names for which SPP service is not provided, the information confirmed by SF courier with you shall prevail

3. The SPP service is not provided for the following items:
Part of the items for which the value is hard to verified, such as antiques and paintings, jade stone, ornamental stone and so on;
Part of the items that are fragile or hard to be packed properly, such as jade carving, wood carving,dark-red enameled pottery,model figures and so on; Other items with high transportation risks. SF will adjust and complete names of articles to which the SPP service is available from time to time, which is subject to the information confirmed by SF courier with you
