Waiver of Resource Allocation Fee (Chinese New Year Only)

Target: Diamond members and black diamond members

Privilege: Diamond members of SF Express or higher may be exempted from resource allocation fees when sending shipments from the last day of December (lunar calendar) to the 6th day of January (lunar calendar).

Details：

1. Certain resource allocation fees will be charged when users are sending shipments with SF from the last day of December (lunar calendar) to the 6th day of January (lunar calendar), except that diamond members or higher may be exempted from such service fees.

2. This privilege is applicable to all products of SF sent from the Chinese Mainland, subject to the business peak policies published on SF’s official website in the corresponding year for detailed cities and directions.

3. Only diamond members of SF Express or higher are entitled to this privilege, except that the mobile phone number of the shipper on the waybill must be the member account of SF and that the payment mode on the waybill must be shipper pay in cash (instead of credit account or Hive Box shipments).v
