Birthday Surprise

Target: Gold members, platinum members, diamond members and black diamond

Privilege: Gold members or higher are entitled to three birthday surprises in the month of their birthdays: ①Credit point gift pack to be claimed online. The higher the membership level is, the bigger the gift pack will be. ② Birthday wish ranking. Physical gifts of a limited quantity will be given to top 100 in the birthday wish ranking. ③ SF aircraft model if the birthday code is identical to the super birthday code.

Details:

1.    The privilege is applicable to gold, platinum, diamond and black diamond members of SF Express, and is effective from the date when the member fills in his or her date of birth in personal information. The date of birth is mandatory for this privilege.

2. Only one birthday gift can be claimed for each member account in one calendar year;

3. Members shall login to SF Express WeChat public account or SF Express APP and click [Member Center] - [Birthday Surprise] to claim their gift pack online. Login is required for gift claiming.

4. Each birthday gift is issued on the 1st of the member's month of birth and shall be claimed within 30 days, or otherwise become ineffective and no re-issuance is available.

5. Physical gifts will be given to top 100 users in the birthday wish ranking in the month of their birthdays. Gifts will be delivered within 7 working days after the end of the activity each month.

6. An SF aircraft model will be given if the birthday code is identical to the super birthday code.
